Ben Gulley with the Mark Lowrey Trio

The American operatic tenor, Ben Gulley, has been hailed “as an outstanding tenor (Opera News) … startlingly-gifted (San Francisco Classical Voice).” Mr. Gulley’s career is burgeoning with lead and feature roles in opera, solo engagements, concert work, film work, nationwide touring, and prestigious appearances abroad. Mr. Gulley made his Carnegie Hall debut with The American Symphony as the tenor soloist in Haydn’s Mass in the Time of War. He was also the featured artist with The Band of America, the Canadian National Bagpipes, and the US Presidential Old Guard at Estes Park.

Mark Lowrey is and has been for 2 decades one of the hardest working musicians in Kansas City, a town that continues to experience a many faceted artistic renaissance. Though most of his heart is a jazz musician, Mark’s contributions regionally and internationally span from hiphop to chamber music; from Afro-Cuban, Brazilian, and Argentinian musics to pop and rock.
